We are searching fora Marketing Coordinator and Personal Assistantto work in our Eastwood office. Some of the responsibilities are
Marketing Coordinator:
Working closely with the CEO doing the following responsibilities:
Provide support to the development and implementation of corporate marketing campaigns
Develop digital and social media strategies that build brand awareness and advocacy
Management of website and CRM, digital and social media content calendars
Manage all Social Media platforms which are Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
Coordinate targeted campaigns and regular e-newsletters to clients, aligned with our company goals
Create content, extract reports, answer followers’ queries from Social Media platforms

Personal Assistant:
Working closely with the CEO doing the following responsibilities:
Schedule meetings and calendar management
Booking of flights and accommodation
Manage phone calls

Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree
At least1-2 years general marketing/communications experience is required for this position
Demonstrated experience with office and marketing tools such as MS Suite, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads - and basic creative design skills
Multimedia / creative skills will be an advantage (Photo/Video editing). Knowledge of Canva
Must be willing to work on Australian Shift (7:00 am to 3:00 pm)
Knowledge and experience in accounting-related tasks will be an advantage
Excellent English communication skills
Must be willing to work in Eastwood
