MakatiThis position is responsible for driving and owning the overall integrated marketing program content creation, metrics, analysis, strategies, and recommendations. The Marketing Communications and Brand Manager will also work with cross-functional internal teams and external points of contacts.
To provide support for Pure Incubation's integrated digital marketing projects, primarily on the end-to-end process. To support the marketing team in identifying needs and opportunities for marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for campaign improvement by conducting research/data analysis and marketing operations trends.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage campaigns that would fulfill the goals and targets of various internal and external departments, providing a full 360 closed loop on post campaign analysis and recommendations based on results.
Advise Marketing Team if on-going marketing campaigns are not meeting key metrics and objectives, identify areas of improvement and propose immediate solutions.
Support the team in identifying needs and opportunities for campaigns by conducting analysis and creating reports based on data collected from various sources (CRM, Email Operations, Web Analysis, Social Media, Market Research, Telemarketing, etc).
Understands and creates nurturing and scoring programs to support the marketing organization.
Monitors and reports on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the company and related applications.
Connect and provide creative direction with the in-house team and external suppliers including design and digital marketing agencies, vendors, to create marketing collateral.
Team Support and Development Definition: Individual contribution to further team
Fulfill other reasonable duties and projects as required.
Serves as a back-up for next level/similar or related function for business continuity.
Serves as point-of-escalation for product-specific technical/procedural queries from peers and junior members. · Provides work direction and guidance to the team, including individual development.
Requirements:
College Degree in Bachelor of Arts/Science in Marketing, Business, Communications
5+ years experience in Integrated Digital Marketing.
Knowledgeable in MS Office, Sharepoint
Knowledgeable and experienced in any of the following: Eloqua, Hubspot, Green Arrow, and other ESPs (required)
Knowledgeable in Campaign and Web Analytics Tools (Web Trends, Foresee, Google Analytics), Knowledgeable and experienced in paid and organic campaigns (not limited to PPC, Adwords, SEO, social media channels).
Experienced in above and below-the-line marketing and content creation (videos, graphic and web design).
Above average knowledge in Digital Marketing for B2B industry
Great communications and presentation skills
Above average analytical and problem-solving skills
