Description:
Responsible for start-up company requirements for the whole of marketing channel development department
Interview, hire and trains core marketing team (but with final approval from the general manager)
Create job description and job requirements for each team member
Identifying possible marketing services to offer to clients
Developing a pricing matrix that maximizes profits but considers customer satisfaction
Develop standard operating procedures for each service offered
Identify manpower requirement as the business expands and interview, hire and train new marketing employees
Overall in-charge of the company’s channel development
Overall in-charge of client’s marketing services requirements depending on services offered.
Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies for both Latte marketing and client companies.
Identifies, develops, expands and create online and offline marketing channels for each clients both locally and internationally.
Guide and oversee all client marketing requirements and approve each project. (future)
Develop new and advance digital marketing channels to adapt to the current trend and situation.
Create a database and continue to expand PR networks and contacts that would make the need to reach them accessible.
Create a database of online and offline advertising channels that would make the need to avail them accessible.
Requirements:
Proficient communication skills in English language
Knowledge of specific software program including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Friendly and professional demeanor
Willing to work on weekends
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing, business administration
Has five to six years’ experience as a marketing manager
Wide range of marketing and advertising knowledge from digital marketing, social media management, search engine marketing, public relations, above and below the line advertising
Creative and can think out of the box
Eager to learn and willing to be in a start-up company. Willingness to be hands-on in small details to achieve quality and standards especially at the beginning.
