Marketing Associate

Job Summary:
Will primarily focus on tasks heavy on project management, execution skills, and market research.
He/She will be working closely with the Brand Manager to ensure all Trade and Category related projects will be delivered on time, on budget, and as planned.
Tasks under the position will include but are not limited to building client-supplier relationships, coordinating with traditional trade or modern trade partners, managing and delivering Marketing Paraphernalia, conducting store and supplier visits, developing reports and presentations, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure availability of the promotional items and their redemption and assess reports and review promotion issues and concerns
- Conduct store visits (Watsons, Landers, S&R, Landmark Etc.)
and provide key insights, and actionable recommendations to overall improve Brand Performance on Trade
- Collaborate with the creative team on the designs and proofreading of all promotional ads and marketing collaterals
- Prepare and submit job orders for marketing material designs, presentations, and other collaterals/merchandise needed, undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of all marketing activities
- Develop merchandise and collaterals that will help brand visibility, availability, and affinity in all channels; Manage production of Marketing Paraphernalia from development, coordination, proofing, production, and deployment
- Manage all product enrollment on Watsons (including Landers, S&R, Landmark, etc.)
Qualifications:

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Mass Communication,
- Communication Arts, Organizational Communication, Business Administration, or Statistics
- With 1 - 2 years of experience in marketing; with proven skills related to project coordination and management
- Ability to multitask and excellent organizational and project management skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a plus
- Must know how to ride a motorcycle, willing to conduct store visits using a Company-provided motorcycle
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

**Salary**: From Php22,000.00 per month
