Marketing Associate

The **_Executive Sales Assistant_** must be detail-oriented, creative, and personable, articulate clearly and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational and time management.
**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of any four (4) year course
- With Excellent English Communication Skills both Oral and Written
- With Knowledge on all MS Office Applications - word, excel, power point, and adobe
- With experience in sales quotation making and pricing
- With pleasing personality
- Reside within Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Marikina, Rizal
- Can extend workhours weekdays and weekends
- Always ready attitude

**Position Description**
- Act as administrative assistant to the Sales & Marketing Manager and Director of the company or other designated management.
- Complete the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
- Support the outside sales team.
- Speak with customers using clear and professional language.
- Write up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence, including but not limited to proposals, contracts and proof of performance recaps.
- Track sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
- Assist with the administrative functions of Sales and Marketing events including assisting at the event, going on site visits, printing programs, picking up supplies, etc.
; may require working outside of normal office hours.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
- Contact potential customers to arrange appointments.
- Resolve any sales related issues with customers.
- Perform other functions assigned by supervisor.
**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
