Job description:
Managing and joining of on-ground activations and marketing-led trade shows and bazaars
Work side-by-side with content team in creating effective and efficient visual merchandising during events and at trade stores
Run customer acquisition and build brand awareness
Conduct staff training for sales associates and event team members Store onboarding (if needed) and assist sales team in enrolling products
Other events and/or retail activities as deemed necessary
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or any business-related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools especially Excel
Experience in handling events and on-ground activations is a BIG plus.
Ability to conduct market research and identify current market trends.
Detail-oriented, organized, and consumer-centric mindset
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Friendly, approachable, and fast learner with a pro-active and can-do attitude
Ability to work within tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Willing to render extended work hours (paid) during events.
Fresh graduates with good academic background are also encourage to apply.
