Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or any other equivalent degree.
-Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
-Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Very good in communication, both written and verbal English.
-Proven working experience in social media or related field
-Strong creative writing skills in English required, strong technical writing skills an advantage
-Demonstrates social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
-Video and photo editing capabilities is a plus (but not a requirement)
-Experience implementing and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns
Job Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to):
-Has good knowledge of social media channels and audience share
-Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts that are thematic in nature to support sales and promotion of existing and new products. Monitors and improves online executions
-Manage and coordinate all digital activities, primarily social media accounts and website maintenance. Develop ideas and strategies for creative marketing campaigns and advertising not limited to social media to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion in coordination with creative services group.
-Help define, operate and measure performance metrics to optimize marketing strategy and programs
-Define, manage, and assess business plans against defined strategic objectives in conjunction with monthly Marketing strategic planning effort
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (Google Adwords etc.)
-Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
-Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
-Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
-Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
