Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1 Year(s) Experienced Employee specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
Strong grasp of Media Channels and Marketing Strategy
Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Insatgram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
Fluent in both English and Filipino
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively

Ability to work well under pressure
With excellent presentation skills and data analytics skills
Research and analyse a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data
Present findings to marketing team to help guide the direction and activities of the department
Develop new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces
Work with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials
Identify the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public
Enforce brand marketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel to each campaign
Provide expert direction and insight to marketing staff members throughout each project or campaign
Provide accurate research and market information
Track marketing strategy results closely and create detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback
Adjust marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts
