Marketing Assistant-Graphic Artist

Job Descriptions
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Work closely with Marketing Events, PR The company, and Advertising Agency on copywriting of articles, marketing materials, etc. within brand guidelines.
Use email, social media, or other known marketing channels to inform retailers/customers of new product launches and generate sales.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
Independent worked, pro-active and a self-starter.
Report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Job Qualifications
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Graphic Designing, Marketing, Management or any related field
Years of experience: At least 1-2years working experience in the field of marketing
Knowledge Requirement: Customer-service, excellent communication skills, mathematics, Commercial Awareness, creativity and writing skills. Proven graphic designing experience, Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop),
Skills Requirement: High sense of responsibility, Competent in assigning staff duties, honest, hardworking, highly creative, and Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Attitude Requirement: Thrive in a collaborative work environment, Adaptable/flexible, Multi-tasking can work under pressure, Dependable, Cooperative, Service-oriented, Ability to make sound decisions, self-confident and think logically.
