Job Description:
Job Overview & Objective To assist and work to standard operating procedures in line with the overall company policy, procedure, rules and regulations by effectively and efficiently carry out varied workload such Brand planning and strategizing, market research and analysis, sales and trade engagement, trade and consumer advertising among others in support of the company’s total objectives.


Key Duties and Responsibilities Conduct market research and analyzing consumer rating reports and questionnaires for possible opportunities. Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather information and important data (social media, web analytics, ranking, etc.) for effective advertising and promotions. Responsible for identifying target markets, monitoring and analyzing market trends and marketing campaigns; Measure and report performance of the individual product, marketing campaigns, trade marketing activities and the like; Gain insight and assess against goals as well as studying competitor’s products and services; Carrying out competitor analysis in order to ensure company’s marketing strategy is competing effectively and efficiently. Exploring ways enhancing existing products and develop new products for existing and new markets Plan and strategize for new products and new markets to capture greater patronage and repeat purchase for an increase in profitability. Provides sales with the information, content and tools to help salespeople sell more, increase sales pipeline acceleration, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness of sales force. Sales enablement is to provide salespeople with what they need to successfully engage the buyer throughout the buying process. Conduct an analysis of the current state of sales productivity in conjunction with Sales Operations as well as conduct an analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge and process to and work with sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development. Implement the development of training programs for salespeople to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required of the products for sales teams effectively. Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity. Prepares structured format of presenting information about a product which includes its benefits, form, presentation, price, purpose, etc. Collaborate and work closely with the sales team in order to manage profit and loss toward having greater revenues and fewer expenses by helping sales team in meeting numbers, hitting targets, achieve tangible goals that contribute significantly to the bottom line. Work closely with Sales to generate ideas for an advertising campaign and promo activities. Plan and strategize for effective and efficient product launches, customer polls and adverts and promotions. Gather and organize information to plan advertising and promo campaigns. Develop pricing strategies for products to be marketed, balancing the goals of the company with customer satisfaction. Performs other tasks related to the function from time to time as allocated by the Marketing Manager or by the management. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Business Studies/Administration/Management/Commerce major in Marketing, Advertising, Media or related course; Minimum of 2-5 years of Trade/Store Marketing, Event Management, Advertising/Media and/or Sales experience gained in an FMCG and food retailing environment. Strong leadership, initiative and communication skills. Ability to manage diverse needs and expectations of the management and customers. Must be energetic, a self-starter, confident, tactful and persuasive. Highly organized with the ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines. Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint, report creation, Internet applications and Social Media. Highly creative with ability to think out of the box. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
