Job Description:
The Marketing Assistant provides overall support in initiating, preparing for, and implementing the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) of the tile and bath portfolio in retail sales channels. Placement of appropriate advertising material in various types of advertising platform Participation in identified major construction shows, as well as implementation of events Sales Promotions Merchandising Minimum Qualifications:
??????Must be a bachelor’s degree holder of any of the following: Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or of other bachelor degree that has competencies on Business or Service. Requires superior knowledge of MS Office application particularly Powerpoint and other programs and applications related to creating presentations. The person must have a pleasing personality and a genuine interest in people to build an understanding of the consumers. Has creative capabilities and strongly willing to contribute and discuss marketing ideas. The person must have strong sense of work deadlines. Must be able to collate, store, and present useful market information using computer technology. Has high level of confidence in dealing with people from different levels within the organization. Has strong capability to maintain organized hard and soft files.
