Marketing Assistant

Job Description:
Assistance to the VP for Marketing/PR, Account Director and Marketing Team, undergo training for marketing Perform functions of a Marketing Assistant with the following responsibilities: Assist the Account Director, Account Managers, and VP for Marketing in account servicing of existing accounts and client coordination. Assist in research and networking of new/idle accounts Assist in acquisition of new accounts for new projects Assist in building project costs for bids and current clients Assist in solicitation of sponsorship for company-produced events Weekly reporting on account status, pending proposals, when applicable Provide administrative reinforcement to the Marketing Team (filing, calendar updates, tracking, and reporting) Internal Team play (assistance to co-employees who may need your support) Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1-year experience Has a pleasing personality and positive outlook Dynamic and proactive High Level of passion and to learn new things and adopt a challenging task. Can start ASAP Willing to work in Makati
