Marketing Assistant

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Social Media Marketing/Brand Management.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig (Must have means to report physically 5x a week even during MECQ status).
• Prior experience in Marketing in the Banking Industry will be a big advantage.
• Willing to take on PROJECT BASED engagement for 3 months (with extension depending on performance).
• Preferrably residing in Taguig or near BGC.
• Can start ASAP.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proficient in the management and use of a brand's social media assets.
• Must have knowledge of social media content planning, content creation, media/advertising and overall management of the brand's social media platforms.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Should be able to communicate with external (customers, agency partners, 3rd party suppliers, etc.) and internal partners and customers in a clear, objective and respectful manner.
• Must have strong writing skills.
• Should have the ability to write materials for consumers, for internal company use and for press releases.
• Creative and out of the box thinker.
• Must have the ability to conceptualize campaigns or promotion strategies that will help the company and the brand achieve it's goals and stand out in the market and create positive buzz for the brand.
