Job Purpose:The Marketing and Recruitment Specialist is responsible for executing marketing strategies for a branch and will closely coordinate with the Marketing team in Manila. Other role in relation to recruitment involves sourcing, screening, endorsing and assisting candidates for the company’s clients. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably Nursing or experience marketing and recruitment.
Knowledge of social media and / or brand management is an advantage.
Enjoys client relationship management and executing in-person activities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Creative and agile.
Innovative and passionate about marketing and recruitment.
