Job Overview:The MPH will be in-charge of the total operations of the Marketing and Planning Services Department (MPSD); Assist the CMO in drawing up and monitoring realistic and creative business plans and programs which will help our field agents attain their business plans and eventually the business unit’s. The MPH will be responsible in training, motivating, guiding and developing his team; will liaise with all field personnel, home office departments and other stakeholders, i.e. clients, prospects, government agencies, suppliers, ets; MPH is CMO’s alter ego.Responsibilities and DutiesPlanning
Collate, check and analyze LPP Channel’s key performance indicators;
Prepare and submit on time all set management reports;
Create, monitor and submit progress reports to Management of all sales and expense targets vis-a-vis approved budget;
Assist CMO in business planning & creation of strategies and action plans that will lead to satisfaction of both short and long term business targets, and
Develop and implement creative and realistic tactical and strategic plans.
SupervisionAssist, guide and monitor the staff in the execution of their roles and responsibilities;
Ensure all tasks are aligned in supporting the agency force;
Conduct weekly meetings and periodic performance review of his staff/team;
Overseer and familiar of the channel’s
Management Information system
Sales PromotionPolicy Conservation

Promote and encourage career development of his team;
Plan training and development of each staff member;
Ensure succession planning and
Liaise with various Home Office personnel involving LPP Channel operations.
AgencyRegular monitoring and analysis of agency results and activities;
Constant coordination and discussion with agency leaders and agency services.
CompensationGuide Home Office in the administration of compensation structure;
Ensure Management’s and Agency’s understanding of the compensation philosophy and structure, and
Provide technical assistance in computing compensation.
Career Path and Agency HierarchyUphold and protect the Career Path for LPP Channel;
Lead Home Office in the administration of benefits under the Career Path Guidelines;
Serve as resource person in LPP Channel hierarchy structure and philosophy.
Product DevelopmentChecking of viability of LPP Channel products
Development of possible new products
Coordination with Home Office on LPP channel product competency
Familiar and updated on IPeak, VIPs, LiST, FNA and other digital based applications
OthersOversees profitability of LPP channel and its respective business operations;
Monitors expense disbursement versus approved budget
Liquidation of Maybank corporate credit card
QualificationsCollege graduate from respectable university
Experience in product/brand/category management and or sales planning
Good interpersonal skills
Adept in MS Office specially on Excel and Powerpoint
Good communication skills both oral and written
