Marketing Analyst

Job Description:
Analyze the performance of all marketing activities including marketing channel, marketing campaign, merchant partners, and merchant promotions. Develop recommendation based on performance analysis to improve digital marketing, merchant acquisition, social media, and marketing campaign strategies. Monitor and measure website and in-app marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop report on marketing performance of all marketing initiatives. Conduct multipurpose marketing research, customer surveys, and analyze benchmarking data. Research and implement marketing tools to support marketing operations. Work closely with business units in Kompas Gramedia ecosystem to provide marketing insights and recommendations based on marketing and promotion performance analysis. Minimum Qualifications:
Economics, statistics, mathematics, or computer science graduate from reputable universities Proficient in Google Sheets or other spreadsheet software Minimum GPA 3.25 Numbers oriented Strong interest in problem solving Currently live in Jakarta Proficient in written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English Possess effective and efficient communication skills Consistent and possess good time management skills Willing to learn, fun, sharp, proactive, energetic, work with enthusiasm, and a good team player Understand about marketing funnels, managerial economics, software engineering, e-commerce, startup industry, SQL, and algorithm concept is a plus Can work with fun but straightforward, tough, and serious management style
