About the Role:
The First Circle Marketing Analyst program offers an exclusive opportunity to work alongside an exciting and energetic team that is responsible for driving growth through customer acquisitions and engaging marketing campaigns.
The Marketing Analyst will support the wider marketing team and spend time across all 4 marketing verticals - Digital Marketing, Network & Partnerships, Communications & Community and Promotions & Reactivations.
You will be provided challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social opportunities. This position will provide meaningful and productive work that allow you to build your experience, and develop your skills in marketing at a fast growing start up.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute marketing projects and coordinate marketing operations
Assist in brand promotion, events and activities
Analyse and understand customer data, and spot opportunities for growth
Propose, plan and execute digital campaigns
Manage & drive online communities and digital conversations
Skills and Experience:
Graduate in Business, Marketing and Communications from reputable colleges or universities.
Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles
Digitally savvy; able to use, navigate and analyse online social media platforms
Proficient in using Microsoft software
Knowledgeable in Photoshop and any Video Editing Software an advantage
Internship experiences at growth, finance and technology companies an advantage

Smart- Ability to pick up task and activities quickly. Learning from the team around them
Initiative and Ownership- The intern should be able to work on their own initiative and take ownership of the task given. Knowing when to ask for help from more senior team members
Eagerness to Learn- The intern should demonstrate a willingness to engage in all tasks in order to develop their understanding of the marketing function and the tasks that need to be created and executed
Communication- Clear communication will be vital for the role as the intern will be asked to interact with various stakeholders and personalities
Resourcefulness- An attitude of resourcefulness inspires out-of-the-box thinking, the generation of new ideas, and the ability to visualise/ articulate all the possible ways to achieve a particular task/ project.
