ROLE The Market Research Sales Manager will build the commercial strategy around Imfree’s CRM 2.0 product proposition. He/she shall be working in the Sales team and closely with the Product and Data teams to develop the offering aligned with market needs and solutions. The CRM Sales Manager shall maximize monetization for the platform targeting different industries that may or may not yet have an existing CRM program.
The Market Research Sales Manager will build the commercial strategy around Imfree’s Market Research 2.0 product proposition. He/she shall be working in the Sales team and closely with the Product and Data teams to develop the offering aligned with market needs and solutions. The MR 2.0 Sales Manager shall maximize monetization for the platform by providing better solutions to different brands - whether they engage in market research studies or are in the whitespace.
The MR Sales Manager plays a key role by working with clients to understand their business issues and needs to develop and design appropriate solutions while building and maintaining strong client relationships. The Market Research Manager is not only an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in quantitative research design, but is also an innovative and disruptive thinker possessing both drive and passion for constantly pushing best practice to next practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and cultivate Imfree’s Market Research (MR) 2.0 vertical Work with clients, in consultation with the Chief Commercial Officer, to develop and design appropriate solutions using the Imfree Platform, basing them on the clients’ specific business objectives Ensure monetization of the Market Research (MR) 2.0 asset of the company through various strategies Working with the Marketing team, strategize and own Market Research (MR) 2.0 business development initiatives that contribute to high growth goals, including demand generation, marketing operations, content, events, social media, PR, and branding Become one of the organization’s agents towards external parties such as media, retail, and other potential partners and build strategic partnerships Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner information and activities Minimum Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience years in market research, in a Sales/Business Dev capacity. Ideally has worked with clients in IT or Digital. Ability to be both strategic and tactical. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation Has a solid rolodex and proven track record of closing deals A demonstrated history of being a single contributor whilst being a team player, and desire to jump in and get your hands dirty as needed Experience partnering closely with sales leadership and an understanding of the connection between demand generation and revenue growth Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Data Science) to deliver on projects while possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines Ability to work in a dynamic and agile work environment at pace whilst maintaining quality of service Strong Project and Productivity Management Skills
