Graduate of Food Science and Technology or any Engineering/Business Course.
Must have basic knowledge/experience in food processing technology
Experience in handling production seminars, training and similar orientation programs.
With Background in raw materials forecasting and inventory
With background in production batching and any system transaction not necessarily SAP
With at least 2 years’ experience in GMP, Food Safety and HACCP
At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing preferably food manufacturing and in supervisory capacity.
Plans and schedules production operations based on volume forecast and actual requirements.
Directs and controls the activities in his area to assure the smooth flow of production operations.
Administers that assigned area contributes to the consistent attainment of quality and safety standards for finished products and in the workplace.
Initiates process improvements, equipment upgrade and other opportunities for innovation.
Collaborates with other operating units in behalf of the section.
Verifies accurate and timely production reports and other reports that may be so required by management
Perform other job or expertise related assignments in order to develop one’s self and/or share one’s expertise resulting to support for operational efficiency
