What will you do?
- Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, or web
- Able to resolve account specific technical, customer, end-user issues
- Must correctly track incidents and calls, including but not limited to entering data into the database timely and accurately
What do you need to succeed?
- Candidate must possess at least a 2-year Vocational Diploma/2-year Short Course Certificate, Bachelor/College Degree, any field
- Languages : Mandarin and English
- One (1) year of IT ServiceDesk/Helpdesk experience, preferred
- With IT knowledge and Customer Service skills
