Requirements:
• Can speak, read and write Mandarin Language, Cantonese is a plus
• Can speak English fluently
• Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience in high-quality technical support
• Experience working with SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and developing .Net based application
• No Age Limit
• Open to Native Chinese and Non-native

Duties:
• Report to Production Manager directly
• Provide technical support in official ticket system
• Responsible to have schedule maintenance operations over production environment, comply to agreed time frame
• Communicate with third party for the delivery of software to accomplish and resolve more incidents
• Make high quality documentation based on his/her work experience and knowledge.
• Responsible to accomplish platform upgrades, sets up new client environments, performs data migrations and moves of websites, databases and application servers.
• Identify knowledge gaps in the department and provide internal training to other Support Engineers.
