JOB DETAILS:Company Profile:This company is the leading Software Provider in the Philippines in giving the best designs for the new online games and making web-contents.Duties:• Report to Production Manager directly• Provide technical support in official ticket system• Responsible to have schedule maintenance operations over production environment, comply to agreed time frame• Communicate with third party for the delivery of software to accomplish and resolve more incidents• Make high quality documentation based on his/her work experience and knowledge.• Responsible to accomplish platform upgrades, sets up new client environments, performs data migrations and moves of websites, databases and application servers.• Identify knowledge gaps in the department and provide internal training to other Support Engineers.Recruitment Process:• Paper Screening• Skype Interview/Phone Interview• Job OfferRequirements:• Can speak, read and write Mandarin Language, Cantonese is a plus• Can speak English fluently• Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or Engineering• Experience in high-quality technical support• Experience working with SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and developing .Net based application• No Age Limit• Open to Native Chinese and Non-native
