Mandarin Research Analyst

MakatiBasic Function: MANDARIN RESEARCH ANALYST FOR RECORDED FUTURE This position is responsible for gathering data and information through traditional and
alternative sources. This position is also responsible for carrying out source expansion,
Boolean creation, data categorization, data coding and analysis based on several key
indicators and criteria.

Data Research and Analysis
Carry out tasks and assignments as required by the project (e.g. source expansion,
Boolean creation, data categorization, data coding and analysis).
Conduct a quality check on researched data and information.
Prepare research reports as required.
Supervise and train junior research associates as required.
Client Management (as applicable)
Develop and maintain good working relationship with clients and the program
participants.
Identify and anticipate requirements of the Client that may have an impact to the
administration and operations processes.
Respond to client communications and concerns in a timely manner.
Quality & Information Security Management
Adhere to Infinit-O’s information security policies and carry out its processes and
procedures accordingly.
Protect client-supplied and generated-for-client information from unauthorized
access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference (see also Table of
Offenses).
Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular process or activity related
to information security.
Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event
or risks to immediate superior.
Qualification:
1. Ability to read and understand a piece of information and determine its relevance.
2. Highly skilled in analyzing and manipulating spreadsheet data (e.g. Excel).
3. Internet savvy.
4. Strong English written and oral communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently to conform to tight deadlines and changing processes.
6. Well motivated, proactive and driven to achieve objectives.
7. Must be analytical, organized, and results-oriented.
Education:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Economic, or
related course.
Relevant work experience in data & research analysis and report generation of at least 1
year.
