Duties:
• Be fully responsible for the recruitment of talents;
• Assist the superior to determine the recruitment target according to the existing preparation and business development needs,
• Summarize the number of job requirements and personnel requirements, and formulate and implement recruitment plans;
• Release position demand information and do a good job in company image publicity;
• Collect talent market information of all regions, and those with recruitment experience are preferred
Requirements:
• Proficient in Mandarin and English both written and verbal
• Junior college or above, major in human management or related; fresh student preferred, with or without industry experience
• Strong ability of comprehensive analysis, communication and coordination, organization and planning;
• The ability of written expression can bear strong working pressure;
• Meticulous and careful, with strong sense of responsibility and affinity;
• Be proficient in using computers and various office software, and have basic network knowledge
