Requirements:
• Proficient in Mandarin and English language both verbal and written
• Open for Chinese Nationals and other nationalities located here in the Philippines
• With Project Management Background
• Highly computer literate and keen on learning and using new software applications.
• Ability to quickly learn various software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high attention to detail; ability to clearly and confidently explain new concepts to audiences
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
• Work closely with the client, suppliers and project team members to coordinate the logistics of the day to day running of the project. This includes managing the translation, printing / on line set-up, distribution and return of questionnaire materials.
• Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
• Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations
• Efficient time management to help the business meet its financial targets
• Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes
