Project Management skills in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target datesExcellent Oral and Written Communication Skills with some experience in writing policies and proceduresSome experience in managing information security risks, incidents, response and investigations.Knowledge in audit/risk management methodologies and regulatory requirements pertaining to information/cyber security, privacy and/or data securityJob Description:Information Security ManagementDevelop and maintain information security framework and policies based on organisation's direction.Implement Information security guidelines and protocols, ensuring understanding and compliance.Risk reviews on IT related projects to access the risks and providing recommendations to safeguard the company's data by ensuring process, procedures and system operations comply with the information security policy.Lead investigation incidents relating to information security, data breaches and access controls.Implementation of a formal information security framework and policy with endorsement from relevant stakeholders. (Weightage 40%)
Operational Risk ManagementProvide support in developing and maintaining policies and procedures in relation to operational risk framework.Facilitate the operational risk incident management and escalation process. Investigation on significant operational events, non-compliance or potential fraud cases.Oversee identification and assessment of the current and emerging risks in business operations.Implementation of the OR framework and policy with endorsement from relevant stakeholders (Weightage 30%)
Business Continuity ManagementAssist in development and maintenance of business continuity planning as well as documentations in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Documentations including the emergency response as well as recovery plan for business functions.Assist in the identification of risks for business continuity, mitigation actions and implementation.Provide support to management as well as business units when business disruption occurs."Completion of review tasks within the given timeline with endorsement from relevant stakeholders (Weightage 20%)
