Mandarin Marketing Executive (Dayshift, Weekends Off)

• Campaign Management: Execute campaigns and events, collect preliminary data and results in order to gain new market penetration, maintain market share and assist in campaign effectiveness analysis.• Loyalty Management: Assist in the execution of loyalty plan and monitor processes and systems in place in order to improve customer acquisition and retention.• Customer Lifetime Measurement: Collect and summarize customer lifetime data in order to assist in customer segmentation analysis.• Engagement Marketing & Collateral Planning: Translate and execute customer engagement activities onto various channels in order to maximize brand awareness and involvement and relevance of information for customers.• General Marketing Operations: Gather, manage and organize data for market research and insights and render business support in order to ensure efficient operational processes.• Proficient in Mandarin and English (Speak,read and write)• Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Communications• Fresh graduates welcome• Understanding of Marketing and Advertising code of conduct.• Basic knowledge of China market is a MUST• Basic knowledge of marketing via Social Media is an advantage.• Data management skills• Copy writing skills• Proof reading skills• Excellent Microsoft office skills
