• Responsible in screening phones and emails
• Handling special tasks assigned by CEO from time to time
• Manage CEO daily schedule such as meetings and appointments
• Responsible in making sure the travel arrangement for CEO such as airfare and hotel bookings
• Taking notes and dictation
• Source CEO office supplies and office needs
Requirements:
• Can speak, read and write Mandarin fluently
• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• Has a time management skills
• Has at least 1 year experience is an advantage
• Can start ASAP
