Position: Mandarin Customer Support
Location: Quezon City
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: P 60,000 – P 70,000 gross

? Schedule: Dayshift or Night Shift ( 9AM-6PM / 1PM-2PM )

Requirements:
• Open for Chinese Nationals and other nationalities located here in the Philippines who has Permanent Visa
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related areas or At least 2 years in college
• With BPO Experience at least 6 months
• Knowledgeable in computer applications

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in answering concerns through emails or call
• Utilize computer technology to provide a faster service
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• Record customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
