• Collect quotation from Chinese companies
• Identify the needed products and services
• Read the service agreement and analyze the terms
• Follow up deliveries from suppliers and expedite the process
• Determine the orders and identify if the orders and payment are accurate
• Negotiate with suppliers and our company needs
• Reading of Chinese Quotation
• Making of Chinese purchase order

• Proficient in Mandarin and English
