Recruiting and training new corporate and supply chain Relationship Managers
Running existing business base; using relationships with large and complex existing accounts to grow and retain business and meet or exceed sales goals.
Conducting regular status and strategy meetings with management to understand products, business structure and how our products/service can deliver value.
Identifying upsell opportunities from existing clients and new sales leads for revenue generation to promote business growth.
Understanding and coaching team members on the diagnostic approach to selling
Analyzing clients' business needs and developing solutions and product enhancements and new development opportunities to maintain and grow business.
Maintaining awareness of market and industry trends to understand competitive environment. Participating in sales conferences and events.
Coaching and mentoring junior team members on internal systems and policies/procedures.
University degree required; Post-graduate degree preferred
5+ years of experience working in a client-facing role with proven record of success; background in sales or account management preferred.
At least 2 years experience in a people management or project management
Industry knowledge and/ or direct experience with global trade/supply chains would be a plus
Goal and action orientated, with ability to work towards revenue targets within a business development environment
Advanced presentation skills to management
Experience in dealing with challenging situations, i.e. objection handling, overcoming gatekeepers, etc.
Experience serving as a team lead, mentor or trainer for junior staff
Solid organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to engage a senior level audience
Strong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are required, and any knowledge of CRM databases (such as Salesforce.com) would be advantageous
Must be willing to work inMakati and in a night schedule.
