Primary Job Duties: Work collaboratively with Sales to review, write and edit proposal responses to produce winning results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to convey complex solutions in a clear concise manner.
• Adherence to established procedures, deadlines and, and accuracy of all responses.
• Adjust responses strategically to position Everise as the industry leader and expert solution provider.
• Use proven sales techniques to sell, build quick rapport, and demonstrate solutions to match client needs.
• Outside the box thinker who can recognize additional needs and propose creative solutions with a value on service
• Learn and articulate our competitive advantage and niche marketplace.
• Work within company software programs with excellent documentation (Qvidian/Salesforce)
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure client and company success.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
• Demonstrate company core values at all times
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal, writing, grammar, and communication skills
• Active listening skills and good rapport builder
• Detail oriented, logical thought-process, driven
• Highly organized, flexible, and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and PPT a Must (Qvidian Experience a Plus)
• Time management & presentation skills
• Exceptional phone manner and etiquette
• High School equivalent or better
• 2 years combined sales & call center experience required
