Manager for Occupational Safety and Health Management Function:


Build and sustain a pro-active occupational safety and health management culture. Responsible for providing functional leadership in OSH Management. Ensures that effective governance and programs are established and continuously improved in AboitizPower. Provides oversight and advisory function on the effective implementation at business and functional levels to ensure alignment of purpose and consistency in management approach. Promotes the progressive professional development of functional leads in OSH. Ensures that the management program aligns with business objectives and goals. Facilitates the hastening of the AboitizPower Distribution culture of safety Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Engineering or Science related course Minimum 5 years progressive experience in industrial OSH management in multinational power generation, oil and gas, chemical or related hazardous industries With Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training + ISO 45001 Lead auditor training/certification Knowledge in OSH system implementation, acquisition and requirements of OSH permits and licenses from the government agencies Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills
