Primary Responsibilities
The Data Privacy Manager manages data breaches and security incidents of Cebu Pacific.
Educates company personnel on privacy and data protection.
Develops, reviews, and revises the company's privacy and data protection policies, standards, and guidelines
Serves as a contact person of Cebu Pacific concerning data privacy or security issues or concerns in relation to passengers, privacy regulators such as National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other authorities
Collaborates with NPC regarding matters concerning data privacy and security

Qualifications
College degree in Information Technology (IT), Technology Management, Legal Management, or related field.
Knowledge and experience in information privacy laws, including but not limited to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (The Act) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Knowledge in information systems and internal controls.
Familiarity with legislation and standards for the protection of personal information and privacy of airline passengers.
Legal, operational, or financial skills relevant to aviation industry.
Willing to work in Pasay City.
Can start immediately.
