Positions in this function include those who monitor and operate computer and peripheral equipment: review, analyze, and modify programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for large-scale computer systems. Evaluate system specifications, input / output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Provide expertise in software systems programming, operating software applications, consulting on complex projects / existing applications, timely completion of scheduled jobs, and overall operating systems. Also include overseeing environment’s health and facilitation of high severity incidents to improve the state of service availability and continuity. Develop processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs. Document all hardware, application, facility, and other problems and take corrective action as required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage TWS batch scheduling, TWS Admin, Automation and Batch Jobs monitoring Teams
Review and identify gaps in process, procedures and ability to correct or articulate changes
Manage and mentor team of teams
Manage stakeholder expectations
Perform intraday management analysis, analyze and interpret day-end performance reports of the different service area and translate information into action plans
Lead a large group with inspiration
Forward looking in terms of finding opportunities for improvement and automation
Provide input for continuous service improvements

Drive end to end automation of services

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
More than 15 years of experience in the IT industry
At least 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure services
At least 5+ years of experience in leadership and people management
Strong work experience in Service Now and TWS tools (Scheduling & Administration)
Strong expertise within relevant fields or disciplines
Experience in analyzing the KPIs and trends and connect it to actionable insight
Prior experience and good knowledge in supporting and managing Batch job monitoring for i-Series, z-Series and Distributed Platforms
Prior experience in planning & supervision for the development of staff
Exposure to batch scheduling in both mainframe & distributed environment and relevant tools
Strong knowledge or business experience in other business units or functional areas of the organization
Good knowledge in Batch Scheduling & Admin Services on any batch scheduling tool like TWS, Control-M or AutoSys
Good understanding of IT Service Life cycle & different process involved in Infrastructure Management services
Understand project management methods
Ability to communicate the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners and customers
Ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
