Management Trainee - Lipa Batangas

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With very good interpersonal and communication skills
- With strong Store Management Skills
- Must be hardworking, analytical and people-oriented
- Willing to work on retail store hours
- Full-Time position available - Lipa, Batangas
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will directly manage the store from all aspect of managment and will be reporting to Area Sales Managers and to VP-Retail Operations
- Will represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning
- Knows how to analyze the brands and to look for possible effcetive strategies that could help the store in reaching their set quota
- Coordinate with the store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus the targeted sales
- Knows how to effectively communicate with the staff, vendors, mall admin and 3rd party agencies/Coop
- Maintains optimal customer service and compliance with the company standards
- Encourage store staff to interact with customers and build up their personality and confidence
- Has strong Customer Servise Skills
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time
