The Management Trainee is primarily responsible of the following:
1.
Undergoing an intensive training as part of the Sales team.
2. Business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction.
3.
Consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
4.
Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Must be a graduate of 4-year business related course
Must have at least working experience in sale preferrably, supervisory capacity.
Must be a computer literate
Preferably possess a valid driver's license
Must be honest, hardworking with good moral background
Posses Communication, Leadership and Management Skills
**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tacloban City, Leyte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
