- **_Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Bachelor in Food Technology.)

- Perform All Crew Responsibilities as scheduled by Shift Manager (All Basic Station works including bakery science)
- Perform great customer service inside the store and showing an example to the crew.
- Know the standard of Front and Back of the house procedures.
- Perform proper Food Safety Procedure at all the time
- Know how to handle complains and how to recover it.
- Conduct Pre shift, During the Shift and Post shift Checklist in every shift
- Set daily Targets were communicate with the crew,
- Have 2 hours lecture and answering the activity given by Training officer.
- Maintaining Good Quality, Service Excellence and Cleanliness inside the store
- Always follow the Training Calendar given by training officer.
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 per month
