Job Description: After being given ample product and sales training, the sales trainee’s responsibilities include presentation and sale of company products to new and existing accounts. These accounts include all possible businesses (whether small or large companies) and government offices.


Package includes a basic salary, transportation budget for covering accounts and communications allowance. Incentives ranging from 5% to 25% is also computed versus total sales. Sales Targets start from P400,000.00 per month. If this is achieved, total gross incentives can be as much as P60,000.00 per month. There is also an additional incentive of 1% of total gross sales per month if the minimum monthly peso target is achieved. So for a P400,000.00 sale, there is an additional incentive of P4,000.00. Average incentives for a P400,000.00 per month target is P768,000.00 per year. The more a sales person sells, the more he or she earns.

Very good communication and computer skills

Learns new technologies quickly (digital)

Hardworking, persevering, and can do field work

Good personality and great attitude

Willing to work from Mondays-Saturdays

Non-smoker and practices and/or observes a healthy lifestyle

Promotable to higher and more senior positions in 2-3 years’ time
