JOB QUALIFICATIONS
No work experience required.
Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum of 250 hours
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Help the assigned department thru the task given to them
Help the department handle the pending work
Assist the HR in recruiting
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Participate in organizing company events
Other HR related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Assist in creating of presentations for clients
Creative writing skill
Technical writing skill
Judgment and decision-making ability
