**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Graduate of any medical allied course
- With or without BPO experience
- Has good to excellent English communication skills
- Has the willingness to work on a permanent night shift schedule
- Conduct outbound calls to providers
- To obtain authorization for specific medical procedure or prescription drug and to check on patient's eligibility, benefits, and coverage
- Document the call notes and take appropriate action on the revenue cycle system
