Male Housekeeper/Janitorial/Utility (Lti Biñan Laguna)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Male/Female
• High School Graduate
• 20 age up (as long as willing and can work as cleaner)
• Knowledgeable in basic housekeeping tasks
• Knowledgeable in handling housekeeping equipment
• Willing to be assigned in LTI Biñan Laguna
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clean and maintain building floors, walls, glass, and carpets by following proper cleaning procedures
• Assist staff in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of building and its amenities
• Collect all garbage, empty trash bins and replenish trash bin liner
• Replenish toiletries and maintain cleanliness of restrooms
• Reports to NextGen supervisor for Administrative and Operational instructions and concerns
• Help monitor the security and safety of the building
• Arrange and re-arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies for events and meetings
• Maintain the building’s landscape, garden, and plants
• Responsible for requesting equipment and supplies required for the job
• Greet and welcome employees/visitors
• Participates in all activities related to Process, Safety and Quality Improvement.
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Immediate superior.
