Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:
Supervises Maintenance Technicians on duty, icluding
Checking of submitted inventories and breakage reports Organizing their shifting schedules Oversee interactions with and acts as representative to clients Manages and keeps inventory for the following:
Broadcast equipment in good working condition and currently under repair. Replacement parts and testing tools. Diagnoses equipment for repair, including practical/ physical analysis as well as systems and software testing, tools and systems to be used are as follows:
Analog/ Digital Multi-tester Crimper, Wire Stripper Pliers, Screw Drivers, Allen Wrench Performs minor first level corrective maintenance for broadcast equipment including:
cables and connectors stands and tripods equipment accessories bulb replacement Follows maintenance schedule of equipment from the Maintenance Planner (TOD) Endorses equipment for Bench Repair to TOD as needed. Performs QA to assess if equipment for deployment is in good working condition prior to release. Assesses defective equipment upon return and prepares breakage reports for Management including but not limited to:
missing parts and/or accessories. repaired equipment (first level) equipment to be endorsed for bench repair. Implements routine preventive maintenance checks to available equipment, including but not limited to performing Factory Setting Rests and Automatic Calibrations. Provides assistance to bench repair technicians in performing equipment troubleshooting and repairs in the event of Maintenance Caravans. Maintains a clean working are during repairs and preventive maintenance (PMs). Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any college or vocational course in Electronics Basic knowledge in areas of electronics and electical equipment. Experience in basic diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenace on equipment Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical clients. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment Must be willing to work extended hours.
