Details of the offer

MAJOR FUNCTIONS
? To closely coordinate and work together with Chinese Staff in relation with repair of household items
? To be responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry works
? To be in-charged with cleaning and fixing of air-condition units
? To be responsible for facilitating the process of Work Permits in cases of repairs of household items in units, and in processing Gate Pass
? To be responsible to update the Team Lead or immediate superior with whatever tasks accomplished
REQUIRED SKILLS
? Knowledge with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry works
?Knowledge and experience in installation of aircon units including basic troubleshooting or fixing
