Maintenance Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Attends to all repairs and maintenance services requested and needed by the stores, head office and warehouse with regards to equipment and fixtures.

Creates and monitors a repair and maintenance database to track down all repair activities including the total costs.
Builds a network of qualified contractors or service providers to assure fast and efficient completion of works at the most reasonable costs.

Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of any Engineering course preferably Civil Engineering

License is an advantage

With experience in project management, construction, repairs and maintenance.

Must be willing to do field work

Willing to work at odd hours as required by specific maintenance projects
