Machine Operator

1. Conduct daily Pre- Operational checking.
2. Check quantity & quality of product.
3. Product inventory checking during month end.
4. Implementation of 6’s.
5. Achieve the target output according to its product cycle time.
6. Inform In-Charge about the event happened within the area of responsibility.
7. Follow all legitimate instruction that was given by superiors from time to time.
8. Maintain harmonious relationship to co-employees & superiors.
9. Make & submit Daily Report at the end of the shift.
10. Endorse to succeeding operator problem encountered on his shift or any information related on work.
11. Perform 10 mins cleaning of machine & working area at the end of the shift.
12. Conduct every two hours cleaning of holding block using rugs & spray bottle with diesel to eliminate thick burr.
13. Inform HR if unable to report on work.
High school graduate
Good in oral & written communication
At least one year experience in related field
