Logistics/Supply Chain Officer

Co-ordinate with various Courier/forwarders to arrange and monintor the incoming and outgoing international and domestic shipments.Ensure the timely delivery of good at customer’s delivery address. Inform the customer of shipment status and and provide the corresponding tracking/waybill number for customer’s monitoring of the shipment.Send purchase requisition to the possible suppliers on a given requirement.Prepare the canvass sheet and assess supplier quotations and proposals.Send the purchase order to the chosen supplier and coordinate the delivery time, warranty, and terms of payment.Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers (including but not limited to price, minimum order quantities, payment terms, rebate, scope of work, etc.) that will ensure maximum benefit for the company.Monitor payment to suppliers and delivery of ordered goodsInspection of delivered goods as per purchase order and against any physical damageCo-ordinate with the suppliers for replacement and warranty if there are any damages found in the delivered goods.Maintain, update, filling and monitoring purchasing records, reports and price list.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.Required language(s): English, FilipinoAt least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly in Excel.Good outsourcing and negotiating skills.Team player with Integrity, Passion and with high sense of Responsibility.Self motivated, can work under minimal supervision, willing to work occassionally for extended hours with Overtime Pay.Physically and Mentally fit.Full-Time position available.Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual Bonuses offeredSalary Negotiable
