LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR (Laguna)

Warehouse Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Manage logistics operations for the timely transport and delivery of finished goods on standard OTD, OTA, implements OFR = 98% standard.
Responsible in daily Modern Trade’s Fill Rate Monitoring Report.
Responsible to oversee that maximum 100% Fill Rate will be attained and coordinated with Sales Personnel if Fill Rate is below 85%.
Responsible to monitor truck drivers including its helpers assigned for Modern Trade deliveries and BO picking on daily basis in close coordination with Sales Personnel assigned.
Oversee the transportation of products from one location to another, such as loading docks to warehouses or warehouses to stores.
Responsible to coordinate with transport providers for scheduling of deliveries to Modern Trade on a daily basis.
Coordinates with Production Planner, Production Managers/Supervisors, Sales Personnel, Warehouse Manager/Supervisor, Plant Accountant and Transport Providers to ensure that all warehouse activities are running smoothly and all parties are working together to guarantee that shipments/deliveries are packed, sent and delivered in a timely manner.
Manage the receiving, handling, distribution and storage of all product materials, equipment and supplies that comes in and out particularly from the warehouse and plant premises.
Ensure that cycle count is conducted daily by warehouse personnel.
Monitor daily system negative balances; reconcile and conduct through investigation of the source of variances.
Responsible for the on-time updating of Bad Order (BO)/Return-to-Vendor (RTV) transactions.
Responsible for the Proof of Delivery (POD) monitoring and retrieval.
Responsible to conduct investigation on customer’s complaint on over/under load deliveries and submit report within three (3) days. It is a must to prepare the following documents for submission:
Deviation Report
Claim Letter
In absence of Exact inventory system, inventory “bin” card should be maintained for inventory accuracy.
Design and plan FG warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage. Observe FIFO method and to achieve full warehouse optimization by taking into account full implications of product/material turn over, size weight and other factors when allocating warehouse storage space.
Ensure all receipts of finished goods are properly accounted, recorded and reported accurately in accordance with the lead time set by the company.
Review and approve warehouse transfer slip (WTS), leave of absence, under time including overtime requests, manpower schedule, labor request for FG warehouse and logistics personnel and other documents requiring his approval.

Put Away per Hour WTS to FSC
Average Monthly Equipment Utilization
Rented Wooden Pallet Inventory

Transport Service Provider performance evaluation report
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate of any four (4) year course
At least 5 years work experience in logistics management
Proficient in any ERP system such as SAP, Globe Exact.
Experience in an ISO certified company. Knowledgeable with Food Safety, Hygiene, Sanitation, GMP and HACCP practices.
Salary Budget: Php 25,000.00 – 27,000.00
Job Qualifications:
Preferably graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Knowledgeable in applicable laws and regulatory requirements relating to waste management and pollution prevention.
Knowledgeable in water pollution control systems, air pollution control systems and treatment for toxic and hazardous wastes.
Accustomed to pollution control reporting.
Good understanding on technical matters concerning to environmental science and environmental pollution control.
Has the ability to work with various projects at a time.
Experience in an ISO, EMS and QMS certified company.
