Graduate of any 2 or 4-year course
At least 2 years of experience in Logistics function or equivalent
Must have knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Trade Industry
Good in analytical and communication skills and a team player.
Good in negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills
With knowledge in PEZA and BOC Rules and RegulationsBasic Accounting Skills
With knowledge in Microsoft Application (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
With knowledge in Internal System Operation (GAIA, Intramart, Sharepoint, Itsumo, SAP) and External System Operation (Government and Service Providers)
Validate shipment details/contents and handling instructions with customer (internal/external)
Understand laws and standards implemented in the country of origin and destination, review and update procedures accordingly
Process payment, disseminate company policies and assess performance, conduct selection and registration of which business partners to work
Receive customer requests and concerns, participate in dicussions and recommend ideas for new activities or projects
