· Monitors and communicated the stock level to CMP Salespeople and reports to FM and CMA
· Coordinates with third party Logistics and brokers on the incoming and outgoing goods
· In-charge of importation, ordering, and monitoring of incoming shipments
· In-charge of local purchases
· Monitor and applies permits for incoming Chemicals to Philippines Drug and Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
· Appointed Pollution Control Officer (PCO) for the company
· Appointed Safety Officer
· Reporting of Chemical Activities (inbound-outbound) to PDEA and BIR
· Monitor and applies for local government permits e.g. BOC, City Treasurer, Barangay, Sanitary, etc
· Monitors office supplies
· Works closely with Sales Coordinator for sales needs and services
Qualifications:
· Graduate of a four-year course
· At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably had worked in a chemical-related (manufacturer or distribution) company
· Has experience in Supply Planning and Materials Management
· Has experience in processing permits with Government Agencies
· Knowledgeable in SAP (at least 1-year experience)
· Amenable to work in Taguig
